Ingredients
Pasta
  • 8-12 ounces dried Angel Hair Pasta, 2 servings
  • 2 tbs Butter
  • Salt
Shrimp & other ingredients
  • 1 lb large Shrimp, peeled and de-veined
  • 2 tbs Olive Oil
  • 2 tbs Butter
  • 1 tbs Onions, chopped
  • 2 tbs Tomato, chopped
  • 2 tbs Garlic, minced
  • 1 tsp Lemon Juice
  • ½ tsp Crushed Red Pepper
  • Salt & Pepper, to taste
Instructions

    Pasta
    1. Cook pasta according to package directions in a large pot.
    2. When al dente, drain and reserve some of the salted water.
    3. Return pasta to pot (no longer on the heat) with 2 tablespoons of butter, a little of the salted water and toss well.
    4. Cover and set aside.
    Cook shrimp & put it all together
    1. Heat olive oil over medium heat.
    2. Add onions and shrimp, cook for 3-4 minutes stirring them around occasionally.
    3. Turn shrimp, add tomatoes, 2 tbs of butter, lemon juice, garlic and red pepper; mixing them all up well so flavors combine. Cook for another 2-3 minutes till shrimp are cooked.
    4. Take off heat when done and add shrimp mixture to the pasta; toss to combine.
    5. Serve with bread.
