Otherwise known as melted butter, often served as a sauce for steamed seafood. Some cooks like to use the term clarified butter, but clarified butter is different and uses a process where the milk solids that make drawn butter so tasty are skimmed from clarified butter.
Ingredients
4 ounces (1 stick) unsalted Butter
Instructions
Heat butter in a medium saucepan over low heat until butter melts and foams, about 10 minutes.
Remove from heat and serve warm.
