We have been making this simple hot chicken wings recipe since the mid-80's. Simple, quick and tasty.

  • 12 whole Chicken Wings
  • Vegetable oil (for frying)
Other ingredients
Instructions
  1. Heat oil in a deep fryer to 375 degrees F. Make sure you have enough oil to cover the wings entirely.
  2. Combine butter and hot sauce over low heat, stirring often.
  3. Fry wings for 10 to 15 minutes or until some parts of the wings begin to turn dark brown.
  4. When wings are done, toss wings in sauce to coat.
  5. Serve with blue cheese, celery and carrots.
