Garlic Shrimp with Angel Hair Pasta

This Garlic Shrimp with Angel Hair Pasta recipe is nutritious, delicious and easy to make. Just saute shrimp and veggies, toss with buttered pasta and serve with some of your favorite crusty bread on the side.

Ingredients
Pasta
- 8-12 ounces dried Angel Hair Pasta, 2 servings
- 2 tbs Butter
- Salt
Shrimp & other ingredients
- 1 lb large Shrimp, peeled and de-veined
- 2 tbs Olive Oil
- 2 tbs Butter
- 1 tbs Onions, chopped
- 2 tbs Tomato, chopped
- 2 tbs Garlic, minced
- 1 tsp Lemon Juice
- ½ tsp Crushed Red Pepper
- Salt & Pepper, to taste

Pasta
- Cook pasta according to package directions in a large pot.
- When al dente, drain and reserve some of the salted water.
- Return pasta to pot (no longer on the heat) with 2 tablespoons of butter, a little of the salted water and toss well.
- Cover and set aside.
Cook shrimp & put it all together
- Heat olive oil over medium heat.
- Add onions and shrimp, cook for 3-4 minutes stirring them around occasionally.
- Turn shrimp, add tomatoes, 2 tbs of butter, lemon juice, garlic and red pepper; mixing them all up well so flavors combine. Cook for another 2-3 minutes till shrimp are cooked.
- Take off heat when done and add shrimp mixture to the pasta; toss to combine.
- Serve with bread.
