Steamed & Buttered Veggies... One of my favorite ways to get my vegetable servings in.
Recipe type: Side
Cuisine: American
Serves: 1-2
  • 3-4 oz Broccoli
  • 3-4 oz Baby Carrots
  • Salt & Pepper, to taste
  • 1 tbs Butter
  1. Boil salted water in bottom pot on medium high heat.
  2. Steam veggies in covered steamer until tender.
  3. Empty water from bottom pot, add butter, veggies and mix.
  4. Salt and pepper to taste.
